Executive presence coaching is one-on-one work on how you come across on camera, on video calls, and in high-stakes rooms. It is built for leaders who have been told they need more presence and want to know specifically what to change.
Every engagement is customized. It starts with a CMarie Call, then a CMarie Map, where we learn what you are preparing for before recommending the right format.
The CMarie Map is a standalone engagement. You leave with a clear picture of your story, your positioning, and what needs to be produced. Some clients take that and execute on their own. Others continue working with us to produce it. Either way, the Map is where the work starts.
